　　Propyl acrylate emulsion laminating adhesives, by eliminating volatile toxic solvents, significantly reduce residual toxicity on printed surfaces, simplify cleaning procedures for lamination equipment, and effectively address fire hazards arising from static electricity and flammable solvents, thereby earning their reputation as a paradigm of "green" printing materials.

　　Confronted with the drawbacks of conventional oil-based laminating adhesives – high flammability, toxicity, environmental pollution, and elevated costs – Zhaoqing Zhongda Technology Co., Ltd. marshaled its internal and external research capabilities. After over a year of dedicated development, the company successfully launched a premium dry laminating adhesive. Categorized as environmentally friendly, this product boasts non-toxicity, absence of irritating odors, non-corrosiveness, non-flammability, and stability, ensuring safe usage. Its application merely requires dilution with water or alcohols, making it both convenient and efficient.

　　The production process entails heating the base material to 86°C in a reaction vessel. Thereafter, the drip feed is placed in a high-level tank and gradually introduced into the reaction vessel while simultaneously initiating the slow addition of pre-emulsified liquid from another high-level tank, completing this step five minutes earlier. This dual-drip process should uniformly occur within the range of 86°C to 88°C for approximately three hours. Post-dripping, additional two-hour incubation follows before cooling to below 45°C; neutralizing agents are then slowly added to adjust the pH to 7. Under high-speed dispersion (at 500 rpm), tackifying resin is meticulously blended into the propyl acrylate emulsion, stirred for half an hour, followed by the addition of defoamers and leveling agents, and finally filtered before packaging.

　　To attain a final product with a solids content exceeding 50% and viscosity under 20 seconds, presenting an ideal blue emulsion, adherence to precise formula quantities and stringent processing conditions is imperative.

　　Employing this innovative process, the resultant laminating films excel in gloss, embossing effects, roller marking resistance, bonding strength during mounting, and ink-adhesive cohesion, surpassing the performance of SBS solvent-based laminating adhesives across these metrics.
